TWOWadebridge men have returned from a trip of a lifetime after being invited to appear on the hit American television show 24.

The highlight of Tristan Stephenson and Jamie Wallis' trip was being invited to be extras in their favourite programme.

The pair love the show so much that in 2006 they set up a 24 UK podcast which has been so popular it regularly featured in the top 20 television and film category on iTunes and was nominated in the 2009 podcast awards.

Due to the success of the podcast Jamie, 25 and 27-yearold Tristan,were invited to Los Angeles for an access all areas tour of the sets.

While on location with the 24 stunt crew they were invited to play an extra role as New Yorkers on the street during an action scene.

During their 10 days in the city they negotiated a deal to take their cameras onto the 24 sets where they were given unprecedented access. They filmed and documented their guided tour through many sets, including the new Counter Terrorism Unit and the remarkable recreation of the United Nations.

Tristan and Jamie also hosted exclusive video interviews in locations across Los Angeles. They interviewed many cast and crew members including Gregory Itzin, who plays president Charles Logan, and who also starred in Star Trek, Law Abiding Citizen, The Mentalist, and Friends.

They also interviewed Jon Cassar 24's award winning director and producer, Carlos Barbosa award-winning production designer, Jordan Marder who plays Dimitri, Mido Hamadawho plays Samir and Matthew Yang King who plays Agent King.

Tristan and Jamie are now working on the post production of their show.

Federer, Williams sisters headline Day Ten
